Engineering Systems Coordination/ Construction Documents/ LEED Certification process

Project Details:
CityMarket at O is a $1b+ project consisting of 2 ten-story apartment buildings, a boutique hotel, a senior housing facility, a condominium building, and a grocery store housed partially in the restored historic O St Market near downtown Washington, DC. Due to the multi-phase nature of the financing and construction schedules it was necessary that I coordinate a complex structural arrangement with the engineers and document the unique design conditions. The intertwining pieces also necessitated a creative solution of division for purposes of environmental (LEED and Green Communities) certification and code review, which I also prepared and oversaw.
