Project Details:
Located directly across from the American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat NBA team), Marina Blue contains 519 luxury condos in a 58-story tower that overlooks the arena and has views across Biscayne Bay to Miami Beach.
During the design process I supervised the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing engineering reviews of the dwelling units and public spaces and coordinated design responses to hurricane-strength weather events with structural engineering team. I also saved the client nearly $1m in post-construction retrofit costs by redesigning the vertical circulation systems.
