Schematic Design/ Design Development/ Engineering Systems Coordination

Project Details:
Solimar was located in Panama City Beach, Panama right along the Gulf of Mexico beach. Consisting of fours(4) towers, including (2) twenty-three story towers and (2) thirty-five story towers with attached parking structures, it contained an 812-unit hotel/ condominium. Although it did not reach further than conceptual stages during my involvement with the process, my involvment was key in coordinating early input from engineering consultants and modifying the designs to meet ownership financial targets.
